Stars

Shining in the vast night sky, I see them from afar. Dominated by the brighter moon, There glimmer the stars. Mostly hidden by the cruel shadows, Or by the thick, misty clouds. But they do not give up, they still glimmer on, They make their voice be heard loud. Even though they're hardly seen, Even though they're hardly thought of, They know that someday they will be, Thought of, honoured and loved. So take an inspiration from stars, Show your true essence, Continue to shimmer, ignore the darkness, Because one day it'll fear your presence.

Change

When you don't want something to happen, something to be real, you try your best to forget about it. But you can't. Because if you can, you wouldn't wish it wasn't real so bad. So you'd try to bury it. But you can't do that, either. Because you care about it. Sometimes you might have to accept the fact that it has changed.  Sometimes you might have to keep the old memories and move on. Sometimes you might have to let it go. But sometimes, you can stop it from changing. But that is VERY rare. Every time your mind wanders down that dangerous path, you try your best to waft it away. You're scared of it. You're sad about it. Upset. Angry. But it's up to you to express it in a not so harsh way, which will make you feel better. Which is what I'm doing now. But, maybe not all changes have to upset you. Sure, you'll regret it at first, but you might actually like it more than the last. But even if you don't, that's okay. Because you can cre...

Primary

Today I'm writing about a huge change that has probably (Definitely) changed my whole life. School might not be my most favourite thing to do, but it's something I like doing. Mainly because I can be around the company of my friends. My school has 3 blocks - Kindergarten, Primary, and Middle School/High School. My most favourite block of my school is the Primary block, where it is vibrant with colours, bright with light and punctuated by the cheers of children. Kindergarten is cool too, but Primary is better as it balances ages. It is both bright and serious - but not as serious as you'd think. The Middle School/High School block is DEFINETELY the gloomiest block I've ever been to. It's not as bright as Primary, but actually, it's not even bright at all. But that's just the outside of it. The inside is pretty cool, with teachers of all kinds, and much more opportunities than that of Primary. But Primary has its own unique sort of popularity. In first grad...

Music

A way of saying how you feel, A way to enjoy your spare time, With sounds and tunes filling your mind,  Which will all make you smile. There are different types of it, Which different people will adore, I prefer pop music, Which tends to chase away gloom and bore. Rock music is for people who love, To fill empty silence with quite harsh tunes, But despite being harsh, they set the mood of joy, Letting you dance along until you see the light  Of the moon. Classical music is for those who are calm, It fills tensed minds with peace and joy, It has simple yet sensational tunes, It makes you smile, removing all coy.  Disco music wants you to dance along, Jazz music might have the perfect songs, Folk music is for people who are traditional, All together, music is sensational. Without music, you cannot thrive, Music will always be a huge part of our lives. Music might not only make your day, But it might also show you the way.
