The Miss Miracle Gang is free!

With Archita, Haritha, Shripu and I,

There are no hard rules that apply!

We play every evening,

We play everyday!

We play with miss rainbow,

And shout out loud:

Hooray!

Ball to you, ball to me,

The Miss Miracle Gang is laughing, 

Hee hee!

The best part of my life,

Is to hang out with you guys!

And play all day.

Ball to me, ball to you,

The Miss Miracle Gang will play very soon!

We play till the moon is out,

We jump, we run, we play, we shout!

And today is the day we play and play,

For it's Miss Rainbow's great Birthday!

    Enjoyed your poem Shriyandhaa. Very active team you have to play and to have fun. I feel I should have been your friend now with 9 years age because you are very active and enjoy a lot. Keep writing.

  After a long, exhausting day, the only thing all of us look forward to is SLEEP. So Close, Yet So Far

  What you knew you had right beside you What you never knew might leave you What you had neglected for days What you wished was still there, within your gaze. That miniscule amount of hope  That you feel lingering close by You could open out your arms, embrace it, But suddenly it's high in the sky. Once within your grasp, But now away from you, Don't waste a moment on a wee gasp, Time won't stop, and the moving hope too. Each moment is to be caught, Each memory to be cherished, Hold them carefully in your arms, Before they shall vanish. The consistent inkling when you feel, Something close, yet so far, Is only because you know yourself, That it is within your grasp, but not within your confidence. If you're positive enough that you can hold it, The 'it' that is mysterious and something only you know, You can hold the precious 'it', Clutch it tight, don't let it go. You must be close to the end of the day, With its cliffs and slopes and Rocky slides,...

Stars

  Shining in the vast night sky, I see them from afar. Dominated by the brighter moon, There glimmer the stars. Mostly hidden by the cruel shadows, Or by the thick, misty clouds. But they do not give up, they still glimmer on, They make their voice be heard loud. Even though they're hardly seen, Even though they're hardly thought of, They know that someday they will be, Thought of, honoured and loved. So take an inspiration from stars, Show your true essence, Continue to shimmer, ignore the darkness, Because one day it'll fear your presence.
