You were born on the same day as I was!

And your the same age as me, of course,

We're the best friends ever could be,

We'll enjoy more merrily,

There are surprises that have been unseen!

So Close, Yet So Far

  What you knew you had right beside you What you never knew might leave you What you had neglected for days What you wished was still there, within your gaze. That miniscule amount of hope  That you feel lingering close by You could open out your arms, embrace it, But suddenly it's high in the sky. Once within your grasp, But now away from you, Don't waste a moment on a wee gasp, Time won't stop, and the moving hope too. Each moment is to be caught, Each memory to be cherished, Hold them carefully in your arms, Before they shall vanish. Laughter and Smiles

  Are you feeling sad,  Are you feeling low? Do you wish to fly like a bird, But can't do so? Do you wish to swim like a dolphin, But can't do it just yet? Do you wish to be free of worries, But your unbreakable bond with it is set? Are you surrounded by shadows, That smother you till you drop?
